Dance students will interpret popular Ugandan music in various styles, celebrating humanity’s shared love for dance in a spirit of equality. Speakers for Africa’s mission is to raise awareness of the needs of Ugandan students and foster meaningful connections between the youth in our mountain communities and students in Uganda. We aim to celebrate our shared human experience, demonstrating that Africans are indeed vibrant and highly relatable to Americans.
Join us for Back to School Uganda - Connecting through dance at the 2024 Evergreen Holiday Walk in downtown Evergreen, Colorado, on December 10th, starting at 5:30 PM.
