Needed information: Read our unique story of survival in East Africa.

We believe our organization and story, combined with our efforts to impact and promote our mountain communities, make for unusual human interest stories. Our nonprofit provides real time information and engagement— offering a level of transparency that is often missing from many organizations.

In addition, a single mom’s journey with her young son in East Africa affords great stories about successful survival and overcoming hardship. We have never lived with other foreigners in Uganda and people should know about our independent account.

My mom, Penny Randell, details their first three years of living in Uganda in her book, “Becoming African.”

We appreciate your consideration and hope our story would entice your audience.
